Ethical codex establishes business principles and rules of conduct based on ethical principles in the overall work environment Subsidiarie Vladimir Nazor (further in the text referred as Nazor). It represents a set of basic rules of conduct in the process of conducting organized visits for children and young people in Nazor`s programs.
Considering the relevance of the value of each employee and the Code lays down rules of conduct of permanent and temporary employees of Nazor , associates in business with Nazor and communication with users of programs and services Nazor.
The purpose of the Code is to be consistent in applying Nazor established levels of professional relationships, responsibility, civility and humanity, to promote and protect the professional reputation of Nazor.
For an explanation and application of the Code responsible is leadership of Nazor, led by the Director, managers at all levels and managers of hostels / camps.
Emplyees of Nazor and external collaborators will be presented the provisions of this Code, whose receipt shall personally sign and that they must be applied consistently in their daily work.
