1. What is WIKI CAMP?
Wiki camp is an international children’s summer camp in the English language. A “free part of the world” without nationalism, racism, or any form of chauvinism. A safe environment where children can be children in true sense of the meaning. Aquire new skills, gain better appreciation for diversity as well as building a sense of cooperation to live and play together.
2. What are the activities?
Children have at their disposal more than 30 activities: sailing, rock climbing, fencing, baseball, kayaking / canoeing, fencing, volleyball, rugby, video production, arts and crafts, and much, much more.
3. What will my child get?
Besides the fun, your child gets a chance to learn and improve their English language through a series of interesting and non-typical activities. Socialize and adapt in a new environment through a series of "Team Spirit" activities. Taking part in creative workshops, they will learn to be a child in the true sense of the word (without video games, Internet, mobile phones), in all day fun, learning and mastering new sports activities and educational programs. An experience that will be remembered for the rest of their life.
4. Is my child insured?
For all Croatian residents their usual health policy is valid, we will insure them additional (non accident policy). All non-residents should have a health and accident insurance policy. This is possible to arrange through the Wiki Camp. For tfurther details, please contact us by e-mail.
5. Who are the people who work at camp?
Camp leaders are educated professionals with experience in similar sport camps and programs. They are in majority native English speakers. Most of them are young teachers that work throughout the year in schools.
6. Payment options
Payment is possible to be made up to three installments. A 95 € deposit is necessary to reserve a place in the desired session. After 1st May, the deposit is 300 €. By 1st May all participants should have paid a minimum of 300 €. The full amount needs to be paid one month prior to the start of the session. Full amount needs to be paid for applications received one month prior to the start of the session.
7. How to apply?
You can apply by mail, web site, phone or in our office. Upon the application you will recieve an e-mail with all additional information, as well as the rest of the application forms.
8. What in the case of rain?
We have available to us a variety of activities and facilities perfect for a rainy day.
9. Where do they eat?
Lunch is provided in the restaurant that is located within the camp itself.
